In modern industrial automation production, five-axis robot plays an extremely important role, whether in the field of injection moulding, or many other manufacturing processes, have a wide range of applications, including injection moulding machine five-axis robot is for injection moulding production has brought high efficiency and precision.


Five-axis robot mainly consists of mechanical structure, drive system, control system and other parts. Mechanical structure usually includes arms, joints, end-effectors and other components, these components work together, making the robot can move flexibly in three-dimensional space, and complete a variety of complex operational tasks. Taking the 5-axis robot for injection moulding machine as an example, in the process of injection moulding, when the injection moulding machine completes one injection cycle and the mould is opened, the control system of the 5-axis robot will receive the signal and then start up quickly; the X, Y, Z axes will act firstly to move the robot arm accurately to the upper position of the product in the mould, and the A, C axes will adjust the end-effector's attitude according to the shape of the product and the requirement of taking out to ensure that the product can be gripped in a stable manner.
